Ethan's Blog :)

Welcome to my blog. My name is Ethan and i made this blog to share my school work.

My first piece is from my English class.

.

I learnt how to code in the html by changing the colour of the border adding my slideshow to this blog. And much more, I learnt all of this in my English class. And i learnt to change font colour. And to use kapwing to edit and some other stuff. This is my slideshow

Yeah it's pretty good i know, Thanks for looking i guess.

I'm going to be talking about a time I was lost in the pak'n'save..
Along time ago maybe 9 years I got lost in the pak'n'save and I was very scared because I was on my own, there were way to many people for me to see and I couldn't see over anyone ( I was 4 )
so the first thing i did was cry then so i went to see one of the cashiers she asked me "Whats wrong little man?" so I replied "I lost my mum.." she asked "whats your name buddy?" "Ethan" I replied she continued do take my to the intercom, This isn't exactly what I said but from what i remember.
The cashier yelled out on the intercom "Can Ethan's mother please come to the front" and my mum ran straight down the isle and picked me up and squeezed me and said "sorry" to the lady working there, That's all for my short story about the time i got lost.

  2. This is great work Ethan, and my apologies for missing this when it was first put up online. Well worth waiting for and you have really grasped the concept well. I like the way you used the dominant colour from the movie poster, to amplify the ideas. Also, using consistent heading and font makes it look really professional, so well done. There's one little glitch you will need to fix - go into your Kapwing videoclips and change the setting on them from "Anyone at Mairehau can view" to ("Anyone with the link can view"). This will open up the clips for all to see and put the icing on the cake. I've seen both movies, 'Karate Kid 1984' and your one. I think I prefer the older one, but it's a close call because I like Jackie Chan, especially when he was in 'Rush Hour'. Anyway, this is a great DLO - digital learning object and it looks like your learnt a lot of skills during what turned out to be a challenging task. Thanks your your effort and your honest summary of what your learnt during the process of the learning.
